Tomasz Bednarczyk holds a Master’s degree in Logistics Engineering, specialising in warehouse IT solutions, and has over 17 years of industry experience. As a hands-on specialist and warehouse designer, he has spent years developing efficient, high-performance warehouse processes.
He gained his experience in international manufacturing and logistics environments, including the automotive, heavy construction equipment and electronics industries, as well as European and global distribution operations.
Today, he draws on this expertise to develop Vanguard Poland and Automatyczny Magazyn, combining warehouse design experience, in-depth knowledge of logistics processes and automation technologies to deliver solutions tailored to the real needs of businesses.

Harald Gaulhofer is an expert in warehouse automation and digitalisation, with industry experience dating back to 2012. Throughout his career, he has held positions as Project Manager, Sales Manager and Business Development Director at international technology companies, including KNAPP and SSI SCHÄFER.
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in modernising warehouse operations and implementing advanced automation technologies. He combines his knowledge of sophisticated logistics systems with a practical approach to designing solutions that improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
Today, representing Peak Porter, he works alongside Vanguard Poland to advance warehouse automation in Poland. Drawing on his international experience and the technological expertise of Peak Porter and the Teklas Group, he helps Polish businesses gain access to modern warehouse automation solutions.
